WTF!

I was in Indianapolis this past week for a few days, so I missed some stuff back home.  This was one of them...Detroit City Council breaking into song!  Barbara Rose Collins, apparently a former professional singer, broke out in a rousing rendition of "Onward Christian Soldiers".  I have watched the clip a few times and still have no idea what the hell she did this for.  

This is just another example of why nothing will ever get accomplished in that damn city.
